Monthly E-mail Newsletter – Covering topics such as credit repair, local home market analysis, tax and legal issues affecting homeowners, useful statistics and community information. Quarterly Lunch & Learn Programs – Presentations by Title, real estate, lending and tax experts relevant to both the economy and real estate. Employer and employee directed topics. On-site Consultations – Whether it’s protesting taxes, fixing credit scores, or just seeing how much their home is worth, employees don’t have to leave the office to talk face-to-face with professionals without obligation. Usually this is done after work hours or during lunch breaks on regularly scheduled monthly or quarterly dates. Consultants will also be available for company benefit fairs. Relocation/Referral Services – Real Estate services coordination for both employees moving into the Austin area or employees transferring to other parts of the United States. *Rebate given at the time of closing. If transaction price is less than $150,000, a $1000 rebate will be given. Both a Realtor and loan officer from the Home Benefits Group must be used to receive the full rebate. A 50% rebate will be given if only a Realtor or loan officer from the Home Benefits Group is used and not both.
